does ESP32 really have FCC now ?

The test was probably done with ESP31B but there are probably not a lot of changes to analog radio section. Test could be redone with real ESP32 as class I or II permissive change. This is just some proof that design is ok so far.

It doesn't really matter anyway because this is not WROOM-32 module with modular certification.

I don't think it is useful to focus on this.

if you read the postings and read the post from 06 june 2016,
then they have the ESP32 on the 29 Test PCB of LoPy, because only ESP32
does support Bluetooth. If they have Beta Tester for this , then they have the Bluetooth SDK and Docu too:

now we know, why here we developer not get any more news and why is so still.
the Flash Tools for ESP32 are updated on the resource webside at espressif, and here in the closed member only area
there is nothing - when did espressif here the last update to us?

like i said,
we love espressif and products.
but we can not hold that leaves us just.

now its time for a change.
