Certified commercial products containing an ESP32

I'm developing a product that uses an ESP32, but it only uses WiFi and Bluetooth, there are no inputs or outputs needed, just the USB connection for power and programming. Are there any commercial products out there that I can effectively reflash so I don't have to get cases, packaging etc. produced and go through all the associated certification processes?

I realise this will cost more as I'm buying someone else's retail product but having read up on the costs and processes of bringing a new product to market I'm being put off...
