Question intent
When making a board
I want to use it as a reference for stable operation.

1, noise
Example: IC GND, where multiple wires should be wired, must be disconnected

2. I connected FAN etc. to the output. As a result, the current of the serial power supply became insufficient. It was over 260mA.

3. Because of the hand-assembled experiment, the ESP32 IC was supported by electric wires.
It was supposed to stand up vertically.

4, power supply plus GND wire is too thin, all examples
I have wired with multiple cores.

5. Pull up GPIO35-39, which is not internally pulled up, with a 10K resistor.


6. WIFI connection control series
It will be completed in 500ms
I tried to perform extremely short processing by hand in an environment vulnerable to noise.

Most likely power supply. Specifically, you may want to look at your 3.3V LDO (or equivalent), see if it can output the required current.

When 2.8V is detected,
I think that the current is insufficient.

3.3V can be applied,
If "Brown out detector was triggered" is written, it malfunctions due to noise.

Temporarily your company's ESP32
Even if there is a solid ground on the board at the bottom of the upper antenna

Lots of questions.
Sprite answers all in his line:
Most likely power supply.
Put a scope on your LDO (or whatever PSU's) output. Set trigger to 3.2V (or whatever the ESP likes). Debug.
ATM you need to know what is wrong, not what might be wrong. Measure.

PS No one can help you without a schematic & parts list - you could be powered by a 100mA PSU for all I know.
I hope that this is not a home work question!
& I also believe that IDF CAN should be fixed.
