Is there any instruction how to fix mess after Offline installer Windows 7, 8, 10 Size: 1.2 GB esp-idf-tools-setup-offl

I’ve downloaded offline installer esp-idf-tools-setup-offline-2.6.exe from here https://dl.espressif.com/dl/esp-idf/?idf=4.4
Its is good that have everything inside including Eclipse, but at the end doesn’t work and the instruction how to work with Eclipse plugin from here https://github.com/espressif/idf-eclipse-plugin not quite applicable as at least examples are for some older toolchain version and paths/ file names shown in the examples differ from what offline installer put on my computer.
So before start wasting time to reinvent hot water i.e. try to fix the mess myself, I’m trying to see if somewhere there are already some instructions how easy to fix those problems with environment variables etc?
