My guess would be the esp32 version of the esp8285. The blue thing looks like a memory chip. Let's hope it is 4MB (probably not).

It's actually an attempt to miniaturize a module like the WROOM32 even further; it includes a crystal and caps for impedance matching and RF magic as well. It's not really like an ESP8285 in that respect; the equivalent for that would be the ESP32-D2WD which already is out.
