ESP32-DEVKITC Not Show Up on Max OSX

Hi All,
I'm just getting started with the ESP32.
I received a couple of ESP32-DEVKITC's, followed the instructions to plug them into the USB port but they don't show up.
I also have a Sparkfun ESP32 Think and it shows up fine and I can program it with the ESP-IDF.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
