esp32-d2wd max speed 160MHz?

I noticed in the latest datasheet, the esp32-d2wd chip is max 400 DMIPS and 160MHz dual-core. The die really different than the D0WD, or is this due to others reasons?

It used to only say that for S0WD. Maybe thermal considerations? What about PICO-D4?
