I am trying to setup my ESP-WROOM-32 to work with AT commands but I am having some issues. I believe my issue has to do with serial communications and not the flashing of the AT binaries to the chip, but it is possible that I made a mistake flashing. I've tried both UART0 and UART2 with a USB to serial cable but the characters that I see coming through don't make sense to me. I have attached a screenshot of what I typed into Tera Term and what output I got in the mingw32 terminal window. I've searched all over online but I can't seem to find a solution to my issue.
