esp_ble_gap_update_conn_params这个会在每次connect时调用，demo中只有在app a里调用了应该时这个问题。

就是上面所说的 esp_ble_gap_update_conn_params(&conn_params) 调用了两次导致这个警告的，两个 profile 的ESP_GATTS_CONNECT_EVT事件同时会触发
