ESP32-WROOM 32D: Application fials with alert "Claim start failed"

Hi guys!
I have an ESP-32 WROOM 32D device and a successfuly compiled 'switch' example.
My Android application version is 2.2.2
I run provisioning procedure with BLE.
After the QR code is scanned the application fails with error "Provision start failed".
Have you meet such problem?
What can be the root-cause?
