ESP32 M5 Timer Webcam failed to connect

Hi,

I have the ESP32 M5 Timer Webcam: https://a.co/d/2AxhFRz
It used to work before where I could flash example projects both on Arduino, or using PlatformIO and ESP-IDF extensions on Visual Studio. Now for unclear reasons, I am not able to connect to the device. I see the device listed in my /dev tty as well as cu usbserial ports. But it fails to upload with the error:

A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header
*** [upload] Error 2

I tried different Mac devices, different cables, but same error. I have no response when I screen and try to listen to it. What can be the issue and any fix?

Could you see any log through UART0?
