Zigbee +Thread + Wifi border router configuration

Hi All! my first post here. I am working on a project to create a zigbee + thread border router.
Now i am in doubt what modules to pick.
The goal is to have a esp32S3 as host and 2 other esp32 as RCP over SPI.

my options are
- 1x ESP32S3-Wroom-1 + 1x ESP32C6-mini-1 for thread and zigbee (together)
- 1x ESP32S3-Wroom-1 + 1x ESP32C6-mini-1 for thread + 1x ESP32H2-mini-1 for zigbee
- 1x ESP32S3 -1Wroom-1 + 1x ESP32C6-mini-1 for thread + 1x ESP32C6-mini-1 for zigbee

in the product selector i can see that the H2 has a zigbee certification but i cant find it under certifications....
I also read that zigbee and thread on 1 SOC has a negative impact on perfomance.

Anyone a idea what is the best option?
