Esp-box app not compatible with Android phone

I have a Samsung phone running Android version 13. When I try to install the ESP-BOX APP I get the message from the Google Play store, "This app is not available for your device". Apparently there is some incompatibility but Google does not tell me what the problem is.

You can scan the QR code to directly download the APK file for the app.

I tried the QR code direct link. On Android 14 it returns "not compatible with this version of Android". Is there another way to install the app, or a planned update?

Could you click 'Direct Download' to get the APK file and install the ESP-BOX APP?
We tested it on Android 14 and 15, it worked without issues. Please ensure that the necessary system permissions are granted during installation.

I've tried different versions and even updated my phone, but nothing works. It would be great if the developers could expand compatibility or at least provide clear requirements.
