What happens if I set channel to 0 for wifi_ap_config_t?
Is it similar to wifi_sta_config_t where this results in automatically scanning all channel? In this case, would it automatically select a channel, presumably based on congestion?
Thanks.
wifi_ap_config_t: is using channel 0 legal and does it mean auto channel selection?

(Old, stale question, but I've come across it because I was wondering too, and others might be as well.)
I've run a few tests with an ESP32-C3 and version 5.4.0, and it looks like it will always use channel 1, no matter how congested it is.
This is consistent with the default channel that is used if a band change occurs (according to the documentation, channels 1 and 36 will be used in this case).
