Flash (no app development) ESP32 from android phone

I am seeking a way that uneducated users can flash ESP32 updates to ESP32 and AVR boards in the field BUT HAVE NO DEVELOPMENT CAPABILITY. To be clear, I do not want the user to have any development capabilites, only the ability to flash from a bin file to the board via USB using an Android phone. Does such an app already exist?
