Questions with my esp32

Hi, ive been using my esp32 for over a year and it was great, but i always have the same question, what is exacty my esp32 model?
This is because on Arduino IDE you have to put the the board you are using, i never have problems with that, but in some points i lets me change the clock of the preccesor and other things.
This is my model, what exacty should i put on the Arduino IDE for my board?

ESP32 Chip model = ESP32-D0WD-V3 Rev 301
This chip has 2 cores
