ESP32 C6 SPI NAND Supports

Does ESP32 C6 or Any ESP boards Allows me to Connect to External SPI 8GB NAND for storage ?

Sure; if you don't use the flash for program storage, it's just like any SPI device. For software support, you could look at this.
