BLE Time of Arrival (ToA)

I want to determine the arrival time of BLE advertisements with sub-nanosecond jitter. I do have an external sub-nanosecond time clock. Is there any way to have an ESP32 (esp. ESP32-H4) toggle a GPIO when a BLE advertisement is received?

And why BLE advertising packet and not any packet flying on 2.4GHz band
