how to scan BLE channel 37 only all the time, issue with package lost

Hi,

I am trying to make a C code for IDF environment under sdk v5.4.2 for scanning BLE adverstiment package on BLE channel 37 only. And the scanning for BLE channel 37 should be running all the time.
But when I test the code I have made, there are a lot of package lost in the scanning. Please kindly help me to correct the issues. Many thanks in advance!

I am using your V3 chipset with the EVK board ESP32-DevKit-32E
