I have made 5 identical boards, and all have the same issue; i keep GPIO9 low when plugging into USB of the PC to enable flashing, but esptool does not recognize my boards, even though I get COMx port and USB JTAG devices in Windows Device Manager.
As you can see, my schematic is extremely basic (it's only a I2C temperature/humidity sensor connected to the ESP32).
I have a Wemos ESP32-C3 board that works flawlessly on the same PC. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting?

Re: Unable to program new ESP32-C3-MINI-1 modules
I see nothing wrong with the schematic, and the fact that you see a com-port means the hardware is likely to be OK. What errors does esptool give you?
