Esp32c3 - Bluetooth - Windows 11

Hi Espressif Team,

I'm using ESP32-C3 with ESP-IDF 5.3 (NimBLE stack). My device advertises normally, but Windows 11 cannot connect to it.


The code is based on NimBLE_GATT_Server, with connectable advertising, random static address, MTU 247, READ/WRITE/NOTIFY characteristics.

Could someone from Espressif confirm if there are known issues or compatibility changes with Windows 11 BLE stack when acting as a central?
