ESP32 c6 mini not detected

Hi,

I designed a PCB for an upcoming project. I already ordered the PCB, soldered everything in place. Plugged the USB in my Laptop but can't connect to the ESP32 c6 mini which I used. It is powered via an LDO with 3.3V and 1A.
This is the layout. I already made some changes to - pulling GPIO9 to GND and adding the cap 1uF to the EN Pin.

GPIO16 will communicate with some WS2815B
GPIO18 not being used
GPIO21 will detect light via a photodiode
GPIO22 will be used with a button
GPIO23 will be used with a button

I measured the voltage at R6 with a multimeter and it shows 0.6V which is not enough to trigger a high level. I couldn't figure out why the voltage drop is so high. For testing I shorted the resistor to check if the module is reachable, unsucessfull.

What can I do diffferently in the next version to upload and communicate to the board via USB?
Could I have destroyed the module already?
I didn't want to place button for reset and boot. I'd be happy to if this is the solution.

0.6V indeed is not enough. Can you reproduce this over multiple boards? If not, it may be an one-off issue (e.g. a short under the module)

It is pretty difficult to damage an ESP32 at low voltages. More likely your LDO regulator is damaged/misconfigured if you aren't getting 3V3 out of it.
