What is the junction temperature of ESP32-S3?

From the datasheet, it shows the ambient temperature is -40 to 85 °C, but High Temperature Operating Life test is 125°C(Max). So, what is the junction temperature of ESP32-S3?

Hi, the ESP32-S3's maximum junction temperature is 125°C. However, in actual use, the junction temperature can be lower due to flash and PSRAM packaging.

Since ESP32-S3-MINI-1-N8 has a max of 85°C, does it mean that internal temperature of the device measured with its own peripheral can't go over 85°C? Is it the flash chip that prevents reaching higher temperatures?
