Need Support for ESP-IDF Setup with LVGL.

Good Day!

We are currently migrating our GUI development from Arduino to ESP-IDF based on recommendations received on the forum. We are using LVGL as our GUI library.

We require some support in setting up the ESP-IDF environment. We also tried contacting our local technical support, but unfortunately, we have not received any response.

Currently, we are facing the following issue:
- In menuconfig, the arrow keys are not working for navigation and selection.
- VS Code Version: 1.116.0
- ESP-IDF Version: 5.5.4
- GUI Library: LVGL

Could anyone please help us understand if there are any additional settings or dependencies required? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Moved ESP32-S31 -> IDE support, as the arrow key problem likely is a VSCode issue.
