When can we expect an IDF version to support ESP32-S31

Not much we can say about this given the chip isn't sampling yet. In general, assume we'll follow the same release schedule we did before: assume basic support for common peripherals as soon as samples make it into the market, with full-on support coming out later. (Note that some support already exists in ESP-IDF right now.)
