Why can't I find the code related to offline speech recognition in ESP32ADF?

Because the speech recognition code is not open-source, sorry.

topic of offline speech recognition in ESP32ADF sounds interesting.
Some guys from Espressif talked about that "through the grapevine" in Nuremberg.
Is there an example, or any other hint where to search ?

Yes,it can be this.
The principle of offline speech recognition is consistent with voice awakening, looking for Espressif business to custom wake-up words if you want.
