Esp32 wroom only boots up when toggeling EN

My device is runnning micropython. But when its been powered it does not manage to boot. I have to toggle the EN after its first powered on. The board is made by me and its running the dual transistor auto flash setup with a cp2104.

Without a schematic of what you have there is not much we can help.

Do you have a RC reset network on the /EN pin?
