nrf mesh app not provisioning at all

hello,
I am new to ble mesh. I was compiling the example code node server from the following link

I am using the nrf mesh app. while provisioning I getting the error


then i install esp-ble mesh app. I connected by it. the code works flawlessly. what is the reason of not working of nrf mesh app?

I compiled with both IDF 3.3 and 4.0, all shows the same error. I am using redmi note 4 . also checked with redmi note 7. nothing works

I think the latest version is broke . I install the old version 2.1.4, it works flawless.
