TTGO T-Display Pin 14

Someone over at LilyGo had the smart idea to use Pin 14 as ADC for the LiPo and basically "stole" it from being used for SD MMC operations. Is there anyway I can use a different pin for SCLK instead of Pin 14? SPI works great but is limited in r/w speed. Also in 80Mhz mode you still need pin 14 again
