I am using ESP32 GPIO's for RC timing Force-Sensitive Resistors and have observed sporadic Wifi disconnects where signal strength should be more than adequate. The attached jpg shows circuit and code options of which I believe "B" is best to decrease EMF interference and improve power consumption, but I'd appreciate expert opinions and if possible my own deeper understanding.
