The ESP would be connected to 'more than one network' when it is connected to the Internet 
So it depends what you mean/want to achieve.
If you mean two access points then I think not, not at the same time but you could swap and change.
No reason why you cannot have two ESP's though and have the two share data e.g. over SPI or Ethernet.
