Thanks for adding your knowledge here. I think I forgot to mention it here, but in general, sending a mail at
sales@espressif.com may also help with getting you through FCC testing; they have some more knowledge about that than us forum-dwelling guys have.

I shared my findings since I think it's useful and it might help others who find themselves in a similar situation. I will keep you posted if I find something useful. But, more or less, this is solved.

hello !
we are currently passing EMC tests too, and we get those 80Mhz harmonics too...
did you test the software solution only ? (reducing GPIO configured in output current) @marko.brelak ?
