Power consumption for Rainmaker [IDFGH-5540]

Hey,
I am working on different project which is chair occupancy detection.. I am experiencing same problem.. While connected to AP ESP32 consume 30-40mA which is very high consumption for my project....
At the time of the STA mode my ESP32 is connected to 4 ADC channel for reading the value of my sensors.. So, as per my knowledge I can not use Lightsleep or Deepsleep. I am using Minimum Modem mode for power saving.. I still want to reduce the consumption.. Can you please tell me how you reduce your consumption to 10 mA?
Also every 3-5 sec I experiencing a peek in consumption of current which I am not able to find out.. Can you also Help me out with this..
