I found out that on some ESP32-CAM modules, the third GND is actualy wired to EN pin

Same for me.
One of GND pins ( near GPIO1 ) had 6kOhm resistence to the others. The board could not boot when connected.

Do not connect the right-bottom ground pin, leave it foatting, this pin it's intended to reboot the device.
