Hello,
we have tried different capacitor and increasing voltage. But there is no difference. We have tried 4.8V and capacitor value 47uf from 10uf. And in input of wroom 32 10uf capacitor replaced with 22uf.

So did you get a scope trace at the input of the TLV to see how quickly and deep the voltage sagged before it got taken up by the battery voltage? And could you conclude anything from that wrt the cap size you need to put in?
