And as a bonus hard-to-find figure, the internal pull-up and pull-down resistors are 45kOhms each.

Note that these are silicon resistors, so that value of 45KOhm has some extremely large error bars and probably varies a bit with temperature, supply voltage etc.

do you mean per pin or a maximum load across all pins that the power domain supplies?
