Hi,
Thanks for showing interest in Dialogflow. We have indeed implemented the real gRPC on ESP32 (not its mapping to REST APIs). Let me get back to you about how we can make this available generically.

I think still we didn't get any fruitful updates from Espressif end regarding issue which they have mentioned earlier.
So, They might be put it on Hold or might be not mentioned here regarding it.
