ESP32 board not flashing

Hi,
I have ESP32 Dev kit C. I am not able to flash the kit using the below command.
idf.py -p /tty/ttyS2 -b 115200 flash

Set up: Ubuntu

I have already tried holding BOOT button and clicking EN button. It did not help.

Also, if I monitor ESP32 TX0 pin on my terminal program then I do see ESP32 chip going into boot mode when I do holding BOOT and clicking EN button.
