mqtt take time to reconnect

Hello everyon, I have a project where I am able to configure my esp32 with an access point and the wifi is connected to internet at the same time when I want to stop the wifi and restart it, Reconnection to mqtt take a long time. I need to wait an error transport connect to be able to reconnect to the mqtt server any idea how can I fix it ?
