I am currently working on a project and have already done most of the r&d using the ESP32-WROOM-32 board. Now I am going to design PCB with onboard ESP32 cheap. But, I want to choose a new and stable version of ESP32. As suggested by Espressif, the ESP32-WROOM-32 is NRND(Not recommended for new designs). So I am a little bit confused about the future ESP32 cheap availability and production of this certain model. I have chosen some models as mentioned below:

-ESP32-WROOM-1-N8R2
-ESP32-WROVER-E-N4R8
-ESP32-S2-MINI-1-N4
-ESP32-WROVER-E
-ESP32-WROVER-B

Can anyone please suggest which board is stable, available, and will be available for a long time? Thanks!
Note: My project is IOT based simple sensor data transection and sometimes switching like this.

You can use the ESP32-WROOM-32E as a replacement for the old.

The ESP32-WROOM-32 is NRND due to the new ESP32-D0WD-V3.

Thanks for your quick response. Can you please suggest to me should I go for ESP32-S3-WROOM-1? Considering the NRND and support perspective. Now I know about the 12years production guarantee.

It's hard to suggest you just based on the lifecycle. If your project is a commercial product and the excepted lifetime is long, you need to consider updating your project before the ESP32 EOL.

The ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 is from a different ESP32 family you need to consider all the peripherals you will use and compare to both chips. However, if you are considering using the modules for the project you've shared, the ESP32-WROOM-32E works like a charm.
