Creating a fast internet connection over cellular

I would like to use an ESP-32 to take images from a camera and send them to my phone over a cellular network.

The problem I have is that I'm not sure if any libraries exist to interface the ESP-32 to a cellular module, (for example the Quectel EM06 Series https://www.quectel.com/wp-content/uplo ... n_V1.8.pdf). To send an image in a reasonable amount of time, presumably I'd need to use the USB 2.0 interface on the cellular module.

Is there a software library + hardware module combination for the ESP-32 which gives me a fast internet connection over cellular?
