Which ESP32 family has the best ADC accuracy

Hello. I have done a few projects on the ESP32 and ESP32-S3. Both modules have unacceptable ADC accuracy. Normally I get +- 40mV error on both which is not good at all (I have followed the recommended ADC practices such as calibration and multisampling)

Sometimes using external ADC chip is not an option, I am curious whether ESP32-C2, ESP32-C3 or other families have improved ADC. Let me know if you some experience with ESP32 devices other than ESP32 and ESP32-S3.
