esp32s3 + esp-at or equivalent example

Hi !
I notice esp-at firmware doesn't support the esp32s3, which I am stuck using.
Is there an example project of an AT/SLIP/PPP interface that bridges UART and WIFI?
Not exactly sure what to search for exactly here.
