Hello, when I open the ESP-UDF IDE for new project, there is no ESP32-C3-DevKitM-1. There are 3 ESP32-C3-chips (such as ESP32-C3 chip (via built in USB-JTAG). How to add ESP32-C3-DevKitM-1?

You need to select the chip, not the board. In your case, you want the ESP32-C3.
