Issue with programming ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-N16R2

Hello. I have a problem with my custom ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-N16R2 board. Few months ago it worked normally, but after time I cant reprogram it. Board sends data to my computer and tries to connect to Wi-Fi, but trying to upload new program using Arduino IDE, the IDE do not receive any data from board.I have tried programming it via CH340 and CP2102 USB-UART converters (via ESP and Arduino, so shorting RST pin did not help) but with no success. Interestingly, I am also wondering why it happened, because my second board with the same chip works properly. Both PCB's were stored in the same place and were not plugged to any power source. Thanks for any help.
