ESP32-S3R16V VDD_SPI eFuses

Are the eFuses for setting VDD_SPI to 1.8V pre burned by Espressif in the S3R16V? What about the eFuse to set pins 36-42 to 1.8V?

I’m assuming they are since the PSRAM is OSPI and 1.8V, but unless I’ve missed it, I can’t seem to find this explicitly mentioned in the data sheet, technical reference, or design guidelines.
