如果使用板载flash 创建fatfs文件系统，那个该文件系统 storage 分区内数组怎么更新。可以使用OTA进行升级吗

I think you can, though it's not the default intention of OTA partition updates. See this discussion: https://esp32.com/viewtopic.php?t=8029
