ADC reference voltage characteristics

Hello!

I did not find anywhere characteristics of ADC reference voltage.
There are only that it is about 1100 mV.
During calibration i can compensate initial VREF error.
But i need to know more info about VREF, such as
- Output Voltage Drift (depends on temperature), ppm/°C
- Long-Term Output Stability, ppm/hr (day..)
- Line Regulation (depends on esp32 power voltage)

Where can i get that information?
