Rainmaker Iphone App flickers on/off for any toggle switch

I've developed a few home automation circuits using Rainmaker in an IDF environment on the ESP32C3 Zero product. I observed that in the Rainmaker iPhone app, any defined soft toggle switch exhibits an odd oscillation behavior. This can be see in the following Youtube video. I see this happening even with the IDF Rainmaker GPIO example code as shown in the video. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
