I am working on a project using the ESP32 UWB Pro (WROVER) module, which is based on the ESP32-D0WD chip. As part of our thermal management design, I need to determine the junction-to-ambient (θJA) and junction-to-case (θJC) thermal resistance values for the ESP32-D0WD.

I have reviewed the available datasheets for both the ESP32-WROVER module and the ESP32-D0WD chip but have not found these specific values. Could you provide the thermal resistance specifications or any guidance on estimating heat dissipation in an embedded application?
